Spring Is Here!!

Hi there lovelies!!

This is DT Yani here with another inspirational post. Today I am featuring the lovely *Augie the Piglet* stamp, which I colored with Prismacolor Pencils.

And this time I decided to go *back-to-basics* and created a square card. I have to admit that it was a breeze to make this one ;-)

OK so here's what I used: Augie the Piglet by Saturated Canary, of course... LOL! Papers are Vintage Market by Bazzil Papers, the two pink roses and the cream rose were handmade, and the rest of the flowers are generic. The wreath dies are by Memory Box and I also used pearls, trims, cheese cloth, did some machine stitching, and distressed the borders with Walnut Stain.

It is a Windy Day!!

Hi everyone!!

This is Yani DT here with my very first post as a SC DT... YAY!!

And here's an inspiration card for you :-)

It is a shaped card using *Windy Day* stamp.

I colored her entirely with Prismacolor Pencils and Mineral Spirits.

Papers are Echo Park, flowers are Prima Marketing, Magnolia, and *handmade*, and the rest is trims, pink tulle, brads, pearls, Stickles, machine stitching and some distressing.

A Starbucks Card that ROCKS.

My bloggy friend Angie sent me this card.

I had to share it, cuz it is like.

A Little Gift to YOU,

Bling is not my thing.

But I gave it a (somewhat successful) go today:).  I like sparkles...but when I think of bling, it brings to mind kinda over-done, over-the-top **glitzzzzzzzz**.  That is the part I need to work on.  

The current challenge theme is BLING IT ON.  I am so thrilled to see our challenge blog growing by the day!  There are really hundreds and hundreds of cards on here to go through for inspiration.  You guys really know how to rock a challenge!!:)

So...to show you all a little appreciation, I've uploaded a free digi, perfect for this current challenge theme.  She is all flowers and ribbons and pearls...You can make her bow glittery, or her big poofy dress...or add little accents to her pearls.  There is quite a bit you can do with this image to make her a bit over-the-top:).

An Invite, Handmade

Look at this pretty invite!

I love the idea of using digis to create one-of-a-kind invites!

It is a great way to give a party a super cool vibe right from the beginning!
